Where we come from and what our lives rest upon, forms the foundation of how we see ourselves. We all want that background, our heritage, to be something that we can be proud of. Human history can waver in what it says about our family, but when we look to our God-given inheritance we know we stand with the true source of integrity and purpose. Psalms tells us, “The lines are fallen unto me in pleasant places; yea, I have a goodly heritage.” (Psalms 16:6) Exploring our spiritual heritage, along with its blessings, is the Reading Room’s study topic for July.
